I am committed to working with you to help attain your personal goals and improve relationships that are causing you pain.
I am experienced in working with adults – from all stages of life, adolescents, children, and families. Each client is treated as a unique individual; therefore, the therapeutic approach used will be based on your specific needs. I use evidence-based approaches to therapy which include: CBT, SFT, and other mindfulness based approaches such as iDBT.
