Timothy has experience helping adults, young adults, families, couples, and groups, having difficulty with ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, Stress Management, Relationships, and Mood Disorders. He employs Evidence-based Treatment modalities including DBT, CBT, and Mindfulness practices. Timothy has flexible availability and is certified to provide telemental health.
Timothy seeks to provide a safe space for people of all walks of life. He is familiar with and support clients in the LGBTQIA+ community, non-traditional relationships, and those of non-mainstream religious affiliation.
