Sarah Metroka, LMSW
Sarah has a Master of Social Work and works with individual adults, children, teens, and families.
She specializes in working with victims of trauma utilizing the TF-CBT (Trauma- Focused, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy).
Having worked with children and families for over a decade, Sarah believes that all persons have the ability and capacity to grow.
Her approach is to provide a safe space for individuals to discover areas they struggle in and formulate a plan to meet those needs.
Sarah understands that each person or family is unique and therefore any treatment should reflect this individual uniqueness.
Sarah is currently pre-licensed and under the supervision of Catrin Jensen, LPC, CPCS, NCC.
