Offers Telemental health and in person sessions.

“When working with clients, I aim to get to the heart of the matter and help them become their best selves.”

Thank you for choosing to learn more about Tabitha! Tabitha is passionate about helping individuals heal, reclaim their lives, and maintain well-being. In some households, it is common to teach children “what goes on at home, stays at home.” Although the intent is to keep others from prying into family matters, the reality is this concept causes individuals to suffer in silence. As a result, many children suffer in silence and grow up to be adults with unresolved childhood wounds and traumas.

It takes incredible courage to speak up, speak out, and seek help. Tabitha is happy that you are here and have decided to take the first step to improve your mental health and well-being.

She has an Associate Degree in Accounting Technology from Asher School of Business, a Bachelor of Business Administration from Strayer University, and a Master of Science in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University.

Some of the modalities she uses are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, DBT, Mindfulness, and Reality Based Therapy. Tabitha’s approach is eclectic and holistic and will address every aspect of your life to ensure you become complete and whole. Her focus areas include working with teens and adults; anxiety, depression, grief, LGBTQIA, PTSD, spiritual concerns.

She am currently accepting virtual appointments.

Tabitha is currently pre-licensed and under the supervision of Catrin Jensen, LPC, CPCS.
