Karen believes that we all have a unique identity, purpose, and value. She is committed to working with you to help attain your personal goals and improve relationships that are causing you pain.
Karen is experienced in working with adults – from all stages of life, adolescents, children, and families. Each client is treated as a unique individual; therefore, the therapeutic approach used will be based on your specific needs. She uses evidence-based approaches to therapy which include: CBT, SFT, and other mindfulness based approaches such as iDBT.
